What the Foundation and Our Partners Are Doing to Make a Difference

National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation (NABEF)

Six years and counting:

In 2007, The TDF Foundation joined with the National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation (NABEF) and leaders in the media industry to support the Broadcast Leadership Training Program (BLT).

BLT is an MBA-style program, for executives and entrepreneurs in the broadcast industry. This unique program is taught by leaders in the industry, with a focus on practical solutions to operating, managing, and owning a radio or television station. The BLT program offers fellowships to talented women and minorities in the industry. The TDF Foundation has made a six commitment to the BLT Fellowship Fund.

The TDF Foundation has been an active partner with many organizations. In particular, the Foundation has been a supporter of the National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation (NABEF), making a six year commitment to their Broadcast Leadership Training Program.

Since 2008, the TDF Foundation has connected thousands of individuals in unserved and underserved communities with broadband access through our Broadband Initiative.
